Mr. Spillars has completing his 20th year at Farmington Schools. A Fayetteville, Arkansas native, he holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Music Education from the University of Arkansas. He has served as ASBOA Region 1 Chair and ASBOA Music & Materials State Chair. Mr. Spillars serves as an adjudicator in Arkansas and Oklahoma and holds memberships in Phi Beta Mu Bandmaster’s Fraternity, American School Band Director’s Association, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, Arkansas School Band & Orchestra Association, Arkansas Bandmasters Association, and Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers. |

Mr. Mitchell graduated from Arkansas Tech University in December of 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Instrumental Music. Mr. Mitchell is currently the Farmington Jr. High Band Director and has been for the past 9 years. Professional memberships include Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Fraternity, Arkansas Bandmasters Association, & MENC. Mr. Mitchell has also spent the past several summers teaching at Arkansas Tech’s middle school and jr. high band camps. |

Mr. Morris will be joining us this
fall as our newest staff member. Recent graduate of the University of
Arkansas. Mr. Morris will be our percussion specialist. We can't
say much more just yet...But we will!

Mrs. Jackson is the choral director for Farmington Schools. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. Mrs. Jackson works a color guard instructor for both the Jr. and Sr. High Marching Bands. She is also the instructor and choreographer for the combined Winter Guard group Fusion. |

Mr. Gerry Nichols our friendly neighbor band director from the Prairie Grove Bands. He's really into spending time at razorback concession events and karate. Mr. Nichols also likes riding his motor scooter and showing off his tattoo to family and friends. |

Our friend to the West, Mr. Falk at Lincoln. He enjoys going to Concert Assessments and being ejected from basketball games. Some of Mr. Falk's best friends are referees! |

Chris Fuller is our favorite fishing band director at Elkins! Mr. Fuller holds the Elkins Marching Contest each October and the Farmington band is always more than happy to attend and see what damage we can do the Elkins Football Field for Mr. Fuller! |
